When buying or remortgaging a property, We'll need legal work to be done to help you complete your mortgage. This will make sure that the property we are helping you buy or remortgage is suitable for our purposes, and that you sign all of the correct legal documentation.

When you apply, you will be asked to select from a few options. The first to consider is the representation type:
Dual Representation: our chosen lawyer will act for you, and for Molo in the purchase or remortgage.
Separate representation: you have the freedom to choose your own conveyancer to act for you. We'll still need to instruct our conveyancer to carry out the legal work our behalf and this will be additional to the fee you agree with your own conveyancer.
