Our minimum property values depend on where the property is located and your type of mortgage (residential or buy-to-let):
- All residential properties need to meet a minimum property value of £75,000
- Buy-to-let properties in the North East and North West of England, need to meet a minimum property value of £75,000
- In the rest of England and Wales, the minimum property value for a standard buy-to-let property is £100,000
- For an ex-local authority buy-to-let property, the minimum property value is £150,000.
