Depending on the amount and the length of time that has passed since the judgement, we may be able to offer you a mortgage.
The following must be true for all applicants named on the mortgage:
- No unsatisfied CCJs
- For a buy-to-let application, we can consider no more than £500 of satisfied CCJs within the last 24 months
- For a residential application, we can't consider a residential mortgage application from anyone that has had a CCJ in the last 6 years.
