For purchase applications, we will require proof of deposit.
For BTL applications we can consider up to 80% Loan-to-Value (LTV) applications so would require you to evidence the remaining 20%
However, for the following applications, we will provide a mortgage of up to 75% LTV
- Ex-local authority properties
- HMO properties
- New build properties
- Remortgage and borrow more
- Investor led
In addition, we restrict the LTV (Loan to Value) depending on the amount you want to borrow. This means you may need to prove more of a deposit, the higher the value of the property.
- 80% LTV max loan size up to £1m;
- 75% LTV max loan size up to £1.25m;
- 65% LTV max loan size up to £1.5m;
- 60% LTV max loan size up to £3m.
