Updates are provided by via email directly from the underwriter reviewing your application, but if you would like to check on progress this can be done in a few ways:
-Chat - Click on the chat button and a member of our team will help with the update.
-Email - Drop an email to support@molofinance.com with your mortgage ID and an update will be provided to you.
-Call - Customer can arrange a call back with our Customer Success team via the hyperlink provided.
