If you are having issues completing the ID verification process it may be because of the following reasons.
- Using Firefox browser engine does not work with our ID process
- Your browser isn't up to date and you will need to install the latest update before completing this.
- If you didn't take a photo of your ID and instead upload a scan or a PDF document this will also result in the ID process failing. We will need you to take a photo of the ID when prompted
