It depends, do you have any existing buy-to-let properties?
If you do, then yes we'd be able to help as this would be classed as a let-to-buy application.
However, if you or a family member have lived or currently live in the property, and don't own another rental property that is rented out to non-family members, we wouldn't be able to lend to you, as this would fit the Consumer buy to Let rules.
